Your primary responsibilities will include accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory and carefully packing them for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and standing. Safety is paramount, and all employees must follow our stringent safety guidelines and correctly use all required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
