Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Distribution Center team in Sacramento, California, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and preparing products for shipment. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a strong commitment to safety. You will handle a variety of materials and products, utilizing different equipment to move and organize inventory. We expect all associates to uphold our standards of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. This is a physically demanding role, requiring consistent Lifting and movement throughout your shift. Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory management systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Sort and allocate stock to designated storage areas.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or other devices.
  • Pack items securely for shipment.
  • Stage outgoing shipments accurately.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
