We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods within our facility, contributing to efficient operations from receiving to shipping. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as unloading incoming stock, stocking shelves, picking and preparing orders, and ensuring the accuracy and timely dispatch of shipments. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment are essential. We place a high value on safety and expect all team members to consistently follow safety guidelines and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities include:
- Unloading and inspecting incoming inventory shipments.
- Accurately stocking products onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items.
- Packing orders securely for transit and applying shipping labels.
- Loading outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be provided).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Participating in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
