We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your efforts are critical to the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach their destinations promptly and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, and all associates are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Stock shelves and storage locations in an organized manner.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with an emphasis on safety.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
