Join our thriving warehouse team in Atlanta, Georgia, as an Order Picker! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will navigate our warehouse, select items based on order specifications, and prepare them for shipment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or RF scanners.
- Verifying product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Using pallet jacks or other equipment to transport picked items to the packing station.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Meeting daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as receiving or stocking.
- Wearing required PPE , including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
- Following all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking, warehouse work, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory processes.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety .
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
