We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our innovative warehouse team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to our logistics success and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and is committed to upholding rigorous safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Packing orders efficiently and ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verifying order accuracy before shipment.
- Processing orders through the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meeting established productivity and quality goals.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to upholding safety protocols.
