Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders in our bustling warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating products, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking customer orders using an RF scanner and pick lists.
- Locating products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Packing orders securely and correctly for shipment.
- Verifying order details against product items picked.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or staging.
- Wearing required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
