Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee put-away and replenishment processes.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform tasks that may include lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.
