The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning devices and order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Contribute to overall team goals and warehouse efficiency.
- Understand and follow instructions for order fulfillment processes.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring timely order preparation.
- Must be able to handle tasks involving repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods.
