The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for effective shipment management.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the team.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working order.
- Uphold high standards for order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the logistics chain.
- Must be able to manage tasks involving significant lifting and material movement.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational flow.
