Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Verify inventory against order forms and report any discrepancies.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and timelines.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude.
