Join our vibrant team as an Order Picker in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick products for customer orders. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations and the success of our Logistics department. You'll be navigating our warehouse, locating items, and ensuring that orders are assembled correctly and promptly. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read order sheets or use scanning devices to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as needed.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory on warehouse shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in inventory control activities and report any discrepancies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet picking quotas.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks.
- Capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and Logistics processes is a plus.
