We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of products and materials. Your responsibilities will span receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and shipping, all while prioritizing safety and efficiency. This is a hands-on position critical to our Logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe working environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Properly utilize all designated PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
