Responsibilities include moving inventory, using hand trucks, and adhering to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. Teamwork and effective communication are essential. This role involves regular physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods. We are dedicated to providing a secure and productive workplace where every team member plays a key role in our logistics chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Dedication to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
