Responsibilities include using equipment to move goods, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring all safety regulations are followed, including the proper use of PPE. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Successful candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our logistics success. The job involves frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
- Assist with other distribution center duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of distribution and logistics processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
