As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will work with a team to manage inventory, operate warehouse equipment safely, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality management.
- Move inventory to storage areas and assign storage locations.
- Pick and fill orders with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (if certified).
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including lifting best practices and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in using hand scanners and basic warehouse technology.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
