Join our dynamic logistics team in Columbus, Ohio, as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position is critical for the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, from the moment they arrive at our docks to their departure. Key duties include unloading trucks, verifying shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction. - Unloading incoming freight and verifying contents against manifests
- Inspecting goods for damage and reporting discrepancies

- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and records
- Ensuring the loading docks are clean and organized
- Adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE
