We are looking for motivated and efficient Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the quality of products, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment center. This is a hands-on position critical to our logistics network. Safety is a top priority, and all associates must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines. This role involves considerable physical activity and lifting.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Verify order contents against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
- Assist with inventory receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
