Join our dedicated team at the Distribution Center in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Distribution Center Associate. This is a versatile role essential to the seamless flow of our products. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your role will directly contribute to our logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. We foster a strong safety culture and require all associates to wear appropriate PPE and rigorously follow all safety guidelines. This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Support efficient logistics and inventory management processes.
