Are you an efficient and accurate individual seeking a role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Our St. Louis, Missouri location is looking for an Order Picker to join our team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize RF scanners and other technology to ensure the correct items are picked and staged for packing and shipping. This role is integral to our logistics and distribution process, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We are committed to workplace safety and require all employees to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures. This role involves significant lifting and physical activity.
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Use RF scanners and order sheets to ensure precision.
- Verify picked items against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
