Our Seattle, Washington warehouse is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support our ongoing logistics operations. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of goods within our facility. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. Precision in handling inventory and maintaining accurate records is a key expectation. This job requires individuals with good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials. Adherence to rigorous safety standards is non-negotiable. You will be required to use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols diligently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure proper placement and organization of inventory.
- Perform regular checks on equipment for safety and functionality.
- Keep the warehouse clean and free from obstructions.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear mandatory PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and record-keeping.
