Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our supply chain.   • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Process shipments using various logistics software and equipment.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Perform tasks that involve moderate Lifting of goods.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
