In this role, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment operations, responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and precision are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment. You'll be handling a variety of products, so attention to detail and care are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within the logistics and e-commerce sectors. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory to supervisors.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels accurately.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Experience with manual lifting of items up to 30 lbs is common.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE.
