We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our fast-paced logistics center in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your accuracy and speed directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include using order pick lists or scanners to locate and select products, verifying item numbers and quantities, staging picked items for packing and shipping, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all team members must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols. This role involves a significant amount of walking, reaching, and lifting items of varying weights. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
