Zoho ecosystem

Position Overview

As a Zoho-focused Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain custom applications, automations, and integrations across Zoho's suite of products (such as CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, and Desk). You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and applications within Zoho products using
  Deluge scripting

and
Zoho Creator

- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using
APIs

and
webhooks

.
- Automate business processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Customize
Zoho CRM

Books

,
Desk

,
Projects

, or other modules to align with company requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless software solutions.
- Stay current on new Zoho features and updates to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience working with
  Zoho applications

(CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).
- Proficiency in
Deluge scripting

and
Zoho API integrations

.
- Strong understanding of
web technologies

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
- Experience with data modeling, workflows, and automation logic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Partner experience.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or for integration work.
• Experience with ERP, finance, or CRM systems beyond Zoho.
• Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
