We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our facility in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and picking orders, as well as assisting with inventory counts and cycle checks. A strong focus on Safety is expected, and adherence to all company procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. This position involves regular physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Understanding warehouse processes and basic Logistics principles is beneficial. You will work closely with the inventory control team to ensure the accuracy of stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment is paramount.
