Are you a natural leader with a passion for Logistics and operational excellence? We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse layout and workflows to improve throughput and reduce errors. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount, and you will be responsible for enforcing all Safety regulations and ensuring proper use of PPE. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve daily targets. Experience with inventory management systems and a solid understanding of warehouse operations are essential. The role involves significant oversight of Loading and Unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
