We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our Baltimore, Maryland facility. This is a vital role supporting our distribution and logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will directly impact our customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a secure workplace, emphasizing Safety protocols and ensuring all team members have the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store inventory items.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily performance targets.
- Proper use of all required PPE.
Requirements:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to handle significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs, regularly. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all guidelines. Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is advantageous. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting. Team-oriented and reliable. Must comply with all PPE requirements.
