We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art logistics hub in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient processing of customer orders, from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to work in a standing, walking, and lifting environment for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
