We are hiring enthusiastic Pickers/Packers for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is essential for our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and efficiently. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse using order lists or scanning devices, verifying product details, and carefully preparing them for shipment. This includes packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit. You will work as part of a cohesive team, contributing to meeting daily targets and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Understanding warehouse logistics and prioritizing safety are paramount. All team members are required to use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents. This position requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
