Join our growing team as an Order Picker in Baltimore, Maryland! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. This involves using handheld scanners to locate items, verify quantities, and prepare them for packing and shipping. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors. You will play a vital role in the logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive their correct items in a timely manner. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet picking quotas, and maintain a high level of productivity is essential. Safety is our top priority, so all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and operate equipment responsibly. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of up to 40 lbs.
