Our expanding facility in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking diligent Warehouse Associates to contribute to our supply chain operations. This versatile role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. You will play an integral part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our Logistics processes. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and accident-free workplace, prioritizing Safety above all else, and requiring all team members to strictly follow established protocols and wear the necessary PPE . The position involves physical activity, such as repetitive motion, standing, and regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of all PPE .
- Support the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and understanding of PPE .
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics is beneficial.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
