We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team in Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and without errors.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, emphasizing the use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent understanding and practice of warehouse safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
