Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are selected and verified.
- Stage orders for shipment in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
