Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina, to join our bustling distribution center. This position is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately from receiving to shipping. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be trained on proper lifting techniques, the use of forklifts (if applicable and certified), and all necessary PPE. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the logistics sector and contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who are team players and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
