This position demands physical stamina, with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs being a regular part of the job. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and record-keeping.
- Organize warehouse space to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Meet productivity and quality performance standards.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting, carrying, and moving of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and using PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
