Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our busy logistics center in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a range of tasks to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle inbound and outbound shipments, pick and pack orders, assist with inventory management, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. A strong commitment to Safety, including the diligent use of PPE, is non-negotiable. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable of performing tasks such as frequent Lifting, possess a good work ethic, and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular checks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
