Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker at our Boston, Massachusetts facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling and storage of goods within our logistics operations. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must consistently use provided PPE and follow all safety guidelines. This role involves regular lifting and requires physical stamina. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately.
  • Sort and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear assigned PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure the proper handling of all goods to prevent damage.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
