Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with accuracy, and preparing items for shipment. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring all goods are handled with care and efficiency. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Continuous improvement and adherence to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of necessary PPE, are paramount. The role involves regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required, following all safety procedures.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure all logistics procedures are followed correctly.
Requirements:
Must be capable of consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE is required. A proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
