Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Logistics team, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials within our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory, as well as loading and unloading trucks. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all operators to adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role is integral to our supply chain and requires individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and possess excellent operational skills. Join us and be a key player in our Logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently to move and stack materials.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
- Transport inventory to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through careful handling and placement.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Support overall Logistics operations and meet performance targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with certification preferred.
- Ability to operate different forklift models (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers).
- Capability for significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety and utilizing mandated PPE.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
