We are looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team at our busy facility in Orlando, Florida. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the daily operations of our logistics center, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will span various tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with other warehouse functions as needed. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Assist with order picking and packing as required.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support shipping and receiving functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
