Level One Robotics and Controls, Inc. is an engineering service provider specialized in automation process and assembly for OEM's, Tier 1 automotive suppliers as well as our end users. Our services range from project management to design, integration, debug and training services.

Level One Robotics and Controls, Inc. originated in Canada in 2000. Initially, our services were offered to local system integrators and machine builders; however the North American market demanded a presence in the U.S. In 2006, Level One established an office in metro Detroit. Our existence in Canada, as well as Michigan, lent our services unilaterally across international borders.

Mechanical and Electrical design for automated equipment, such as electrical panels, PLCs, robots and conveyors.  Develop 3D and 2D mechanical modeling and drawings.  Develop PLC logic using electrical prints and sequence of operations.  Discuss projects with customers, controls and project managers.  Paint shop experience using PaintPro simulation software.

Must have a B.Sc engineering diploma, preferably in mechatronics, related experience.

Required experience:

•   AutoCAD and/or EPlan Electrical and SolidWorks Mechanical (2D and 3D)
•   Software and/or hardware design
•   ControlLogix and/or Siemens S7 PLCs, Robot programming (Fanuc, Kawsaki, etc.)
•   FactoryTalk ME and/or Win CC HMIs, DEVC++, Metlab
•   Electrical troubleshooting
