Your role
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in the development of designs and solutions while maintaining safety and balancing operational flexibility, reliability and whole-life cost.
  • Prepare and model track alignment & profile drawings, trackplan schematics, trackwork specifications, and yard and maintenance facility general layouts, cross sections and details.
  • Interface with multi-discipline teams, client and owner's engineers
  • Provide construction support services including shop drawing reviews, RFIs, Non-conformance reports, as-built survey analysis. etc.
  • Perform analysis for ride quality and safety against derailment.
  • Perform occasional field engineering services.
About you
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Registration with PEO.
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience.
  • Familiar with relevant standards (AREMA, EN, TCRP, etc.).
  • Solution-oriented, team player, resourceful.
  • Able to handle multiple scopes on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley RailTrack would be an asset.

Additional information

Expected compensation for this role is between$100,200 - $137,700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
