Key Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing support to 30-40 franchise stores by conducting training sessions and assisting with their traditional and digital marketing needs with the help of head office.
• Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Provide comprehensive marketing support to franchise locations through traditional methods such as local advertising and event promotions, as well as digital strategies including social media, and online advertising.
• Maintain promotional displays, menu boards, and signage.
• Enhance the in-store customer experience and gather feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with store staff, regional marketing, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Organize events and local community initiatives to strengthen the Freshslice brand.

Requirements:

• Experience in traditional marketing, promotions, or digital marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads and Digital Marketing for stores.
• Passion for customer experience and brand growth.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
