Position Overview / 岗位概述
The Marketing Manager will oversee the full marketing operations for Azura Window Coverings Supply Inc. (wholesale) and New Art Drapery & Blinds (manufacturing & retail).This role involves building and leading the marketing team, developing data-driven marketing strategies, coordinating with sales, managing inventory analysis and sales forecasts, and producing performance and sales reports.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Team Building & Leadership / 团队建设与管理
· Build and manage the marketing team (content, design, social media, lead generation).
· Set measurable KPIs for each member and monitor progress.
· Conduct weekly meetings for planning, review, and training.
· Encourage collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Design teams.
· 负责组建并管理市场团队(包括内容、设计、社交媒体及客户开发岗位);
· 制定并监督可衡量的团队KPI;
· 每周召开会议进行计划、回顾与培训;
· 推动市场、销售与运营部门之间的协同合作。
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution / 策略规划与执行
· Develop and implement annual/quarterly marketing plans for B2B and B2C markets.
· Manage brand positioning, advertising, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
· Align marketing activities with sales goals to drive dealer and retail engagement.
· Analyze market trends and competitors for continuous improvement.
· 制定并执行年度及季度营销计划,覆盖B2B与B2C市场;
· 管理品牌定位、广告推广、展会活动与市场宣传;
· 确保市场活动与销售目标一致,提高经销商与终端客户参与度;
· 分析市场趋势与竞争环境,持续优化营销策略。
3. Inventory Analysis, Sales Forecast & Reporting / 库存分析、销售预测与报告
· Collaborate with Azura's inventory and operations team to monitor stock levels and product movement.
· Analyze sales data and market demand to forecast product requirements and seasonal trends.
· Provide monthly sales performance reports, inventory status, and forecast summaries to management.
· Use ERPAG and Shopify data for trend tracking and decision support.

4. KPI Design & Performance Management / 指标设计与绩效管理
· Create measurable performance indicators for the marketing department.
· Deliver monthly and quarterly performance summaries directly to the Company Owner.
· Build a data-driven evaluation system to monitor ROI and marketing effectiveness.
· 设计可量化的部门绩效指标;
· 每月及每季度向公司老板提交绩效总结;
· 建立数据化评估体系,监控投资回报率与营销成效。
5. Training & Development / 培训与人才发展
· Organize regular marketing and sales training programs.
· Guide employees in using ERPAG, Shopify, HubSpot/Brevo, and related systems.
· Develop standardized onboarding materials and internal manuals.
· 定期组织市场及销售培训;
· 指导员工掌握 ERPAG、Shopify、HubSpot/Brevo 等系统操作;
· 编制标准化培训资料与内部操作手册。
6. Cross-Company Coordination / 跨公司协作
· Oversee marketing operations for both Azura and New Art brands.
· Develop independent yet coordinated strategies for wholesale and retail segments.
· Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
· 统筹管理 Azura 与 New Art 的市场活动;
· 为批发与零售板块制定各自的独立且协调的市场策略;
· 管理营销预算,合理分配资源以提升整体效率。
Qualifications / 任职要求
· Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field;
· Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including leadership or project management;
· Strong analytical ability in data, inventory, and sales trends;
· Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution;
· Familiar with ERPAG, Shopify, HubSpot, or Brevo preferred;
· Must hold a valid driver's license and have personal vehicle;
· Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
