We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Mechanical Services Engineer* to join our team. The role involves the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of mechanical systems, including plant, equipment, and associated services across commercial sites.
You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability and performance while providing a high standard of service to our clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems and equipment
* Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs or remedial works
* Install new plant and associated services to a professional standard
* Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and technical managers via phone, email, and digital platforms
* Maintain accurate records using smartphone applications and job management systems

*Knowledge, Skills and Experience*
* CCN1 or equivalent and COCN1 or equivalent qualifications
* Proven experience working with a range of commercial plant and equipment
* Strong technical skills in fault finding, diagnosis, and rectification
* Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience working as a mobile engineer across multiple sites
* Full UK driving licence

Pay: £41,496.00-£51,367.00 per year
