Operations & Delivery Lead (Montreal)

T-RIZE is an institutional-grade platform specializing in real-world asset tokenization and digital market infrastructure, offering end-to-end capabilities for issuance, compliance, governance, and lifecycle management. Integrated with Canton Network — a privacy-preserving blockchain network designed for regulated financial markets — T-RIZE enables confidential, compliant workflows required for institutional adoption.

The platform supports multiple asset classes including real estate and other structured asset programs, with a growing pipeline and an expanding portfolio of institutional clients and partners. T-RIZE is built to convert traditional assets into programmable, compliant instruments with embedded controls and secure auditability.

T-RIZE is supported by an in-house R&D capability through T-RIZE Labs and a university-based Industrial Research Chair , developed in partnership with a leading engineering school. This research foundation — supported in part through Canadian Government programs — contributes to advanced work in applied Artificial Intelligence , including federated learning , as well as research initiatives connected to high-assurance systems (including defence-related contexts) and next-generation security foundations such as quantum-resilient cryptography .

We are entering a high-growth execution phase. The next stage of T-RIZE will be defined by disciplined delivery, operational rigor, and the ability to scale a platform at institutional standards.

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Downtown Montreal for a Senior Operations & Delivery Lead (Execution & Coordination) .

You will act as the execution anchor across critical initiatives — platform delivery, client onboarding, cross-team coordination, and external follow-up with institutional clients and partners. You will build the operating cadence, enforce accountability, and ensure delivery remains aligned with priorities, timelines, and quality standards.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility position working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business). It is designed for a proven operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and has demonstrated the ability to impose structure and deliver outcomes in complex execution contexts.

Montreal-based role (downtown) with hybrid flexibility.

✈️ Travel opportunities: participation in major global finance and technology events, and meetings in top financial destinations as the client portfolio expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own execution across multiple critical workstreams: milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
  • Establish and operate a disciplined execution cadence (daily updates, weekly delivery reviews, structured reporting)
  • Maintain a single source of truth: priorities, progress, risks, blockers, decisions required
  • Drive cross-team coordination between engineering, product, business, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure external commitments with clients and partners are tracked, followed up, and delivered with high credibility
  • Produce clear post-meeting recaps when required: decisions, commitments, next steps, owners, deadlines
  • Identify risks early, escalate with options, and protect delivery integrity
  • Standardize templates and workflows that scale across teams and projects

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience driving execution in a startup / scale-up environment (tech, fintech, or delivery-heavy organizations)
  • Strong project management discipline: timeline ownership, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and reporting
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through — you build systems and make them run
  • Strong written communication: clear, structured, decision-oriented
  • Comfortable working with technical teams (you don’t need to code, but you understand delivery constraints)
  • Ability to demonstrate impact (you can prove improved execution, cadence, delivery, or alignment)
  • Montreal-based (hybrid presence required)

Strong Plus
  • Knowledge of financial structuring (asset programs, distribution frameworks, capital markets workflows)
  • Experience coordinating with institutional clients, regulated partners, or compliance-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with execution tools (Notion / Jira / Asana / Monday) and dashboard-driven workflows
  • Exposure to digital markets / tokenization / regulated infrastructure is an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.
