What You’ll Do:
Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)
Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on your training and clinical interests
Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care
Optional: Treat adult patients based on your interests
Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving
Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs
What You’ll Get:

$80,000–$102,000/year depending on experience and schedule

✅ Who You Are:
Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in Washington
CCC preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
