The Dilawri Group of Companies - BC Region is
currently looking to fill the position of a CIC Aftersales Representative.

*Note: This position is currently using a Hybrid
Remote/In-Person work format*

All
successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

  • You are a
    customer service whiz with exceptional customer service skills
  • You have
    the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Organization
    is your middle name
  • MS Word,
    MS Excel and Outlook – I can do those in my sleep
  • You can
    negotiate and have drive to produce results
  • You have
    a friendly, pleasant phone demeanor
  • You have
    a can do, will do, easy going attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Previous
    call center experience is the cherry on top
  • Ability
    to conduct business in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin is considered an asset
  • Post –
    secondary diploma or degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent
    experience – tell us about it
 

Essential
Duties: 

  • You will
    support inbound and outbound calls for multiple Dilawri dealerships
  • Book
    service appointments that maximize each retail service department's
    available hours to sell
  • Follow up
    on CSI leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit
  • Successfully
    achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals as established by the BDC Manager
  • Maintaining
    knowledge of all Service and Parts product offerings
  • Ensure
    mobility needs for all service customers are fulfilled within established
    guidelines and available resources
  • Capture
    and update customer contact information as per established guidelines
  • Respond
    to all email, voicemail and text messages as required
  • Collaborate
    with team members to support customer demands
  • Other
    duties assigned by BDC Manager
