Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and immediate work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Achieve established performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and PPE is worn correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for an entire shift.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
